Exstrat reviews supporting records and helps you plan the next steps.
This first version uses manually entered, admin-reviewed records. AI-assisted document extraction and direct CPCB synchronisation are planned integrations. The workspace reports recorded quantities; it does not issue a compliance certification or submit statutory returns.
Entities manufacturing electrical or electronic equipment or its components.
Anyone selling EEE under their own brand — the obligation follows the brand.
EEE placed on the Indian market carries the same producer obligations.
Refurbishing used EEE is now a distinctly recognised, registered activity.
Bulk consumers — IT parks, hospitals, schools, PSUs — channel e-waste only through registered recyclers and keep records. Battery producers carry a separate EPR under the Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022 — we run that track too. Our pickup service covers this →

Producer registration and recycling EPR certificates serve different purposes. These resources help your team understand the application and certificate workflows.
Sources reviewed 24 October 2026. Follow current rules, notices and live portal requirements; the Exstrat checklist is a preparation aid, not a CPCB-issued document.
Most consultants broker your certificates from third parties. Exstrat operates its own CPCB-registered recycling line — part of your obligation is met by the machines on our floor, priced without a middle layer.
Short on certificates near year-end? The OneLoop matches verified supply at disclosed prices. Oversupplied? We list your surplus on the trading floor → and turn it into revenue instead of a write-off.
Tell us your registration status, current obligations and upcoming deadlines. We’ll scope the support around the work you need.

obligation recalculation, certificate procurement, returns from the current quarter.
emergency certificate sourcing via OneLoop before the deadline.
consolidated filing across entities and states.
The producer is treated as non-compliant for the year — environmental compensation tied to the shortfall, plus enforcement scrutiny. Crucially, the portal won't extend deadlines while unutilised certificates are available in supply — so late scrambling often fails even when certificates exist. Early procurement is the only safe position.
Entity proof, GST and CIN, brand and category declarations, authorised signatory details, and EEE sales data for the applicable years — the document set download above lists every item the portal asks for.
Usually yes — we reconstruct the ledger, quantify the true shortfall, source certificates through OneLoop, and file what can still be filed. Where a penalty is unavoidable, we prepare the response and mitigation documentation. Scope is quoted case by case.
Different law, same OneLoop. Batteries are governed by the Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022 — producers register on CPCB's dedicated battery portal and buy EPR certificates from registered recyclers, mirroring the e-waste system. We manage battery EPR end to end alongside e-waste obligations.
Yes — consolidated obligation tracking across brands, categories and states, with one ledger and one audit pack. Pricing is quoted per entity and state..
