A useful compliance review starts with the company’s own registration and assigned obligations, rather than a headline percentage applied to every producer.
Gather your registration, relevant EEE codes, sales history, obligation records and supporting declarations. CPCB’s producer SOP sets out the application information and documents. Use the live portal and current notices to confirm what applies to your entity. CPCB producer registration SOP ↗
CPCB’s filing instructions describe reviewing the selected quarter and its obligations, progressing through the return and confirming submission. Keep the acknowledgement with the records your team used. Producer return-filing instructions ↗

A quotation is the start of a review. Before agreeing terms, establish what certificate quantity is being offered and how it will be evidenced and transferred.
CPCB’s generation and transfer guide describes portal records including certificate number, generation date, expiry, quantity in kilograms and end product. It also describes transferred-certificate records. Ask the supplier to identify the records supporting its offer. CPCB certificate guidance ↗
For your procurement review, record the applicable year, category, quantity basis, quantity, supplier details, transfer terms and the full commercial quotation. Have your compliance reviewer confirm eligibility against the current portal records before counting anything toward fulfilment.
Exstrat has not supplied a verified transaction dataset for a published market benchmark. We therefore do not present an indicative rate as a verified clearing price. Request a specific quotation and retain the supporting evidence.

It also explains that battery coverage spans different chemistries and uses. Check your actual activities against the current rules and amendments. CPCB battery FAQ ↗
